LuxuryHotels-LasVegas suggests you review the cancellation policy withour agents prior to completing a hotel booking with our agents. Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel and by inventory rate providers. Please read them carefully.

GDS Rates or Negotiated Rates - general policies state that you are to cancel your reservation by 4 or 6 PM of arrival date, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival date; however, these are general guidelines and the specific policy of the property will prevail. If you cancel before the deadline, in most cases you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Hotels are now offering special discounts that do require total prepayment, with no cancellations allowed. In some cases GDS and Negotiated Rates are prepay which requires paying up front to book your reservation.

Prepaid bookings have stricter cancellation penalties. Reservations of "Internet Rates" will apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay.
